Message from the Medical Director
As the only kidney transplant surgeon in El Paso, patients only need to see one physician when seeking access placement and care. Dr. Diaz-Luna regularly performs vessel mappings prior to placing either a fistula or graft. Then, once he has placed the access, all post-op follow-up (including angioplasty and/or thrombectomy) is done by Dr. Diaz-Luna as well at the access center.
